If you’re fond of bananas, India is your country 🙂 This fruit is cheap (around 60 cents for a dozen) and available all year round, unlike mango, for example. But if you reach the point when eating bananas, drinking banana lassi and baking banana bread begins to lack a certain charm, I would suggest that you begin to diversify 🙂 The idea of frying bananas came to my mind quite spontaneously, and only after I boasted about the results on one of the social networks I found out that it’s actually a rather popular dish in a number of countries. Anyway, fried bananas are extremely easy to cook.
Everything you’ll need is 2 to 6 fruits, two tablespoons of coconut oil and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Heat the oil on a pan placed over medium heat.Slice the bananas, sprinkle them with ground cinnamon and fry one or two minutes on each side. That’s it! A bit of warm honey on the top wouldn’t be out of place. Enjoy your exotic dessert 🙂
