The most refreshing, cool, out of the world experiences are the ones in Goa. A harmony of vibrant fervor and calm, cool beaches, this state has a lot to offer which is palatable for a honeymoon vacation. There are amazing beaches like Candolim, Baga, Senquerium in the north which come in one stretch and are clean and quite secluded. And for a plusher experience there is the Colvale, Palolem and Talpona Beaches in the South. After a nice long walk on the beach, there is the option of adventure sports like kneeboarding, Kayaking, Windsurfing, water skiing and so on, or there are many beautiful churches and museums like the Basilica of Bom Jesus and the Big Foot Museum, or a visit to the only bird sanctuary in Goa, the Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary will be a splendid way of refreshing and bonding with one another. As evening dawns, the nightlife in Goa hits hard, parties, shopping, food, listening to music at romantic restaurants and having a nice dinner under the starry roof is an amazing way to end a day!

A secluded, tranquil place at an altitude of about 5,500 ft. in the state of Sikkim, one among the dreamy clouds is Gangtok. This is all a honeymoon couple can ask for, cozy hotels, a unique taste of food, seclusion and the amazing weather all year round.  The Gangtok ropeway is one of the amazing experiences here; the lowest station starting at Deorali, from where an elevator to a station 100ft above should be taken, the next stop at Namnag and Tashiling comes after, which is the highest station. This is sure to amaze and enchant anyone on board. The Tashi view point is another important and remarkably magical destination for honeymooners, located at about 8 km from Gangtok town, the vista here is breathtaking, be it the sunrise, the view of the snowcapped Kanchenjunga or the hot coffee that can be enjoyed with the loved one in the resting shed, every bit of experience is sure to stay for eternity!

When it comes to beautiful, international standard beaches, ideal for lazing around and basking in the sun or getting a nice body massage or just taking a nice walk on the beach with a loved one, Kovalam is the best honeymoon destination. There are many hotels available on the beach and food options are aplenty. It is located at a distance of about 16km from Thiruvananthapuram, in Kerala which also has many intriguing places to visit like the famous Padmanabhaswamy Temple, Ponmudi Hill Station among the others. There are many beaches in this little town such as Samudra Beach, Hawa Beach, and Lighthouse beach, in addition there are adrenaline pumping activities such as Surfing and calm wooden boat rides through the waters. The sea food here is something to relish upon and shopping in the mini streets here will form a perfect end to that honeymoon!

Like the heavens kissed the earth and Munnar is like a peck! This serene, sequestered and picturesque hill station in Kerala is situated at the confluence of Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundala and has the highest peak in South India, Anamudi. This nifty little hill station is that perfect getaway from the hustle-bustle and spend time getting to know each other and savor the company amdist huge tea plantations, winding lanes, the wildlife which can be spotted in the well maintained Eravikulam National Park. There are a number of resorts and hotels here which are available at a reasonable price range and offer the taste of Kerala on the most delectable palette. The Anamudi peak which is located inside the Eravikulam National Park has beautiful landscape for trekking and this could be an adventurous and joyous experience altogether. Renowned as the ‘Scotland of India’, Coorg is a promising place to relish, rejoice and take the time to understand one another in the light of lush greenery, the roaring Talakaveri and the dreamy Madikeri. Raja Seat in Madikeri is one amazing place with a beautiful view of the valleys and cliffs all mystical and romantic. The local coffee taste of Virajpete and the Malethirike Hill which stands head to head with the clouds and the vibrant and joyous Mercara Dasara might just be reminiscent of the blissful wedding celebrations! Suntikoppa which is another small township is known for the many Coffee and pepper estates and also many number of small temples. Coorg is a wholesome, out of the world and secluded experience a couple can look for.

Known as Blue City or Sun City, Jodhpur, Rajasthan is a land of lakes and forts where one can spend endless evenings admiring the beauty of the calm waters and walk around the beautiful forts. Bask in the glorious sun and be mesmerized by the cool blue colored houses around the majestic Mehrangarh. This is the best place to rejoice and reflect on the cultural bonds. The medieval streets, the cultural edge this place presents would make a couple want to shake a leg to the tunes played by the narrow roads and the jingling, colorful streets. Go crazy over the many variety of food and shop till you drop in the streets daubed with colors unimaginable and items incomprehensibly intriguing. The Balsamand Lake and Ghanta Ghar are a few other places one can visit during their honeymoon.

No vacation or family trip is complete without visiting Ooty at least once when in Tamil Nadu! Ooty is like a snuggie on a lazy weekend but also an adventurous ride for the outdoorsy. So, one can be sure to have an assorted getaway where the interests of both parties are catered to, while he might like to take a nice walk in the Botanical Gardens, she might be the one to take a trip to the Doddabetta, Ooty has it all! A town in Tamil Nadu, Ooty is renowned for the various tea estates, the cool and cozy atmosphere, lush greenery, meandering roads and rich wildlife. The homemade chocolates relished along with the local cuisine and hot cup of coffee in the warm company of a beloved is pure magic!
